I would like to thank David Barrish, Eric Breckoff, and John Maxwell for hosting our April meeting at J Sargeant Reynolds Community College . We're in the final stages of working out the finances for the SE Regional Conference, but it looks like we did well. Compliments from other members of the ACF and National Office are still coming in.
We must now look ahead to the Chocolate Festival which will be on April 26th at the University of Richmond from 10until 4. We will be having a number of guest chefs doing demonstrations and Chef En Ming appearing again this year. We will need lots of volunteers as usual.
If anyone has old photos from past chefs meetings, dinner, picnics, please get in contact with Mark Kimmel, he will have them scanned and made into a CD for distribution to chapter members.
Also, remember this is an election year. I will soon have the election page up on the web site with photos of the candidates, which office they are running for, and other information.
Our next meeting is tuesday, May 6th , 3:00 pm at Two Rivers Country Club just outside of Williamsburg. Hope to see everyone there.
