Our next meeting will be September 14th at 3:00 featuring a cheese seminar presented by the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board. On September 19th, we will be bringing back the tradition of the annual Chefs' Picnic, which will be held over in Gloucester on the Ware River, details are here and directions are on the meetings page. Shortly after that is our annual Chefs Seafood Symposium at VIMS on October 12th. We have a busy fall ahead and I hope to see you soon!
